11-17-2012 NO CLASSES

Just a reminder that Saturday the 17th we will be CLOSED. No classes. We will be meeting at 8am and traveling to CrossFit Luminus for a 9am WOD with their awesome team. Yeah Field Trip!!! Anyone is welcome. There is no charge. Carpooling from Yelm WOD Dogs. Be early we are leaving at 8am SHARP!
