Rules: Athlete 2 will be holding the plank position while Athlete 1 works on their 22 reps.  
When Athlete 1 is done Athlete 2 will switch places with Athlete 1.  
(Set-up your bar (1 bar per person) so that you can strip weight off and reload weight to the loads indicated)
