Today is MOVING DAY!!!

Boy are meeting at the box at 9am to move all the equipment to the NEW BOX at 303 Creek St.

If you would like to do a WOD we are meeting at the OLD box on 93rd St to carpool to the Crossfit Enumclaw to do The POW W.O.D that starts at 10am.

Afterwards we are having a BBQ at our New location 303 Creek St. Stop by and have a hamburger bring a side dish to share if you want. But please bring your smiles and be ready to look around your New Box!
