1st WOD
*In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in
12 minutes
* (If one person they will move for the whole 12min Amrap)
4x Kettlebell Clean 24/16kg (2 each arm)
6x Kettlebell Clean and jerk 24/16kg (3 each arm)
8x Kettlebell Snatch 24/16kg (4 each arm)
2nd WOD
Each team must accumulate
200 Double Unders
75 Kettlebell Swings 50/35lbs
50 sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95/65lbs
50 Burpees
*One partner can accumulate reps.
*The other partner will run 200 meters then they trade spots and the other partner picks up where the first partner left off.
*This will continue until the team accumulated all their reps for each exercise.
*(If one person they do half the reps but every 60 sec of work will be interrupted by going for a 200 meter run).
