So today we are partnering up with another athlete that will be counting your reps and judging you range of motion. We will also be doing weigh ins and measurements and Body Comps. Please be patient with us as we try to get this done before your WOD today. We can also do it Friday after 12noon. Remember that if you want a body comp you can not eat or exercise 4 hours before its done. All workouts today will start on time so please be patient if you cant get in to see me for a BC at least please get your weight.
I will be at the box starting at 6:30am. I will teach Helen at 7am. Them Im free again till 8:15. Then I can see people again at 9am. I will be leaving at 10am tomorrow and back at 1pm. WOD will start at 1:30pm. and I will stay around till 2:30pm. I will be back at 3:30pm. Wod will start at 4:15pm because of kids class at 4:45. I will be available again at 5:15pm and wod will need to start at 5:45pm. So I hope that this helps someone out.
