With a Partner and a Medicine Ball (20/15/12) for time:
100 Med ball Chest Passes (do1 burpee after each chest press)
100 Med ball Sit up Pass (abmat throws to partner)
100 Med ball Twist Pass (back to back twist)
100 Up and Overs (Med ball pass over pull-up bar)
Each element is 100 total between the 2 athletes
