(We will be running a skeleton crew the rest of the week most coaches are volunteering)

Warm-up:
Inch Worm Down the floor
Crab Crawl back
10 Primal Pull Throughs with push up
Prayer Stretch on a box for elbow mobility
10 Scaled HSPU with feet on the ground

Warm-up Push Press
Coaches set a clock

Strength:
15 minutes to find your 1 rep max
Push Press

Metcon:
10 minutes of:
8 Toes-to-bars
8 Dumbbell Thrusters, 35/20lbs
12 Dumbbell Walking Lunges, 35/20lbs
