10 Primal Pull throughs with push up
10 Ring Rows
10 Wallball Push press throws
10 Strict presses with bar
Strength:
Push Press
3 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 80%
3 reps @ 90%
Metcon:
For 5 cycles
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95/65lbs
25 Double Unders
Rest 1 min between each cycle. Start where you left off
