We will take this week to work on skill.  More on Form and Range of  Motion

Skill Work:
Spend 15 minutes working on Clean and Jerks
1. with PVC
2. Bar work
3. add alittle weight

Practice Squat Clean
Foot Work for the split
Push Jerk
Squat Jerk

For time: Run, 800 m 30 Clean & Jerks, pick load Run, 800 m
