* This WOD will be judged by another athlete. Standards for this WOD are; Pull up- chin must go over the bar, Full extention of your arms at the bottom. Burpees- Chest to ground at the bottom, Fully stand up at the top hips must extend OPEN (No leaning over) with a clap over your head. Overhead Squat- Hips must go below parallel, arms must be full extended at the top.
