In teams of 2 people
Complete 3 rounds for time
400 meter run (as a group)
150 ab mat situps
120 double unders
90 kettlebell swings
60 tire flips
*each person in your group will do some part of the WOD
* One person is working while the other is Planking,
if the person planking falls the person moving must stop
Only 1 person can work at a time, you can switch out a person whenever you want,
you can not go run till everything is done, so run as a group, If we have a single person
the WOD will be cut into 3rds for reps. Must finish together!
