Thats 8 sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:
You get 1 minute between each exercise to move to the next element,this is a tabata total NOT the lowest #
- Wall Ball
- Pull up
- Squats
- Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 95/65lbs


*4x 400 meter sprints with 90 seconds off after the last person comes back
