Starting this week we will be offering some new OPEN GYM times!
Monday 1:30-2:30pm
Wednesday 11-12pm and 1:30-2:30pm
Friday 10-11am and 1:30-2:30pm
Saturday 10-11am
What does open gym mean?
There will be a coach in the building to ask questions too, however they might be working out themselves or others. This is your time to work on skills, strength or complete a WOD.
Please know that we appreciate all of you and your time. Please respect our time by showing up on time to all classes. All open gym times please show up to work, but not 15 minutes before we are closing.
