With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
10 push-ups
10 bumper plate overhead squats (45/25 lbs)
While partner 1 is working through the AMRAP, partner 2 is completing 50 double unders.
Once 50 double unders are finished the partners MUST switch places.
*Add your double unders to your score. 50 double unders equals 2.5 rounds!!!! So get those D.U!!!!!!
