* If you cant run sub rowing 1200 run =1800 meter rowing 800 meter running = 1200 meter rowing, 400 meter running = 600 meter rowing. Only 4 rowers cant share. Double Unders 300= 1200 meter run, 200= 800 meter run and 100= 400meter run. If doing singles you must double the double under number. We expect everyone to run unless its a medical issue or dark and icy!
