Today is open gym. Use this day wisely!!! If you missed any of your strength you must make it up today!!!
If you missed a wod that you wanted to make up today is your day to do that.
Suggest WOD:
In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
4 x Kettlebell clean 24/16kg (2 each arm)
6 x Kettlebell clean and Jerk 24/16kg (3 each arm)
8 x Kettlebell snatch 24/16kg (4 each arm)
2 minute rest
2 rounds for max reps: -
1 minute Leg-ups/v-ups
1 minute Flutter Kicks - 2 count
1 minute Sit-ups -
1 minute Rest
