We are starting back up with another 6 week strength series.  This week we will be finding our 3 rep max on 3 different lifts.  Please make sure that you get these lifts done this week!  Otherwise the next 5 weeks will be hard.

Metcon:
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 
On the odd minutes 
5 Push Presses 95/65 lbs 
8 Push-ups 

On the even minutes 
5 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 95/65 lbs 
8 Weighted Barbell Step ups 9565 lbs
