100 ft Prowler Push 0 lbs (average weight of the team) Push together
20 10 ft Med Ball Squat And Tosses 20 lbs (one throws the other catches ball, each do 20 reps)
100 ft Kettlebell Farmer's Walk 53/35 lbs (each have their own weights one in each hand)
20 Partner Situp W/ Med Ball Tosses 20 lbs (Feet to Feet, ball hit ground overhead)
