06-22-2012 "Partner Double under's"

With a Partner complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
40 Double Under's

Partner A completes 40 double under's while Partner B holds a plank. Once they get to 40 DU's, Partners switch places. If Partner B relaxes out of the plank Partner A has to STOP Jumping!

If its a single do 40 DU's,
Then Hold plank for 1 minute 30 sec. and do AMRAP in 20 minutes.
