Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
145/105 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
20 Push-ups
145/105 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
10 Push-ups
Checkout WOD
2 minutes max effort toes-to-bar.
Here are the standards:
- both hands must be on the bar when completing a rep
- both feet MUST touch the bar. if only one touches that does not qualify as a rep.
- at the bottom your feet must be directly under the bar. if they stay out in front of the bar at the bottom those are no reps.
- your feet can hit anywhere on the bar (ie. in between your hands, outside of your hands, etc.)
- kipping is accepted and encouraged
- if you can touch the ground with your feet while hanging from the bar you may not push off of the ground to help pull your feet up
