We want to do a Turkey WOD at around 7Am on Thanksgiving day!

If you are interested please let us know!

Also, Black Friday WOD! Will be a partner WOD (LIMITED HOURS)

We will have class from 9am to 11am!! So please bring a friend

or family member that might be town (for FREE) Last WOD runs at 11am!

Run 800 meters, 50 Back Extensions, 50 Sit-ups 3 rounds for time

1 mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1 mile Run For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats asneeded. Start and finish with a mile run. If twenty pound vest or body armor available, wear it.
