CrossFit Yelm WOD Dogs: New Hours!!!

New Hours!!!

Schedule change do to Wednesday late start at all schools in Yelm. On Wednesdays we will no longer provide a 9am class we will enjoy a 10am class. Also, kidsfit classes have changed as well do to late bus drop off. We will have 13 yr and younger class from 4:45pm to 5:15pm Tuesday and Thursdays. Element classes will be from 4pm to 4:45pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
