As Many reps as possible in 5 minutes at each movement
1) 5 mins Double Unders (Sub Tuck Jumps)
2) 5 min Ring Dips
3) 5 min Pistol (Sub air Squats)
4) 5 min Handstand Push ups (Sub Reg Push ups)

2 minute Crab Walk
As many 10 meter crab walks as possible. You must travel back and forth between 2 markers that are 10m apart. Alternating between forward and backwards. Only completed trips count. Only travel in the crab position, butt can't touch the ground while moving.
