100 days...

run ONE 10 meter shuttle run adding ONE 10 meter run each consecutive day after... so day 1 is 1 run (10 meters) day 2 is 2 runs (20 meters) day 3 is 3 shuttle runs (30 meters) etc... up to 100 shuttle runs on day 100... additional comments.. there is no banking menaing

A shuttle run is running between two fixed points (this time 10 meters apart).
