MOBILITY FOR 15 minutes
Metcon:
Teams of 3 WOD
100 Calorie Row
100 Box Jumps Overs 24/20"
100 Thrusters, 95/65lbs
100 Toes to bars
100 SDHP
100 Push-ups
100 Wallballs
1 person works at a time switch as much as needed
Must finish all 100 reps before moving to the next element
If you start on Toes to Bar you must go down list and then back to the top and end with Thrusters
