MOBILITY for 15-20 minutes
Skill Work:
Pick 3 Gymnastic movements and work on them for the next 15 minutes alternate each minute
Metcon:
Emom Double Unders until cannot be completed.
Start with 5 DUs the first minute, 10 DUs the second minute, adding 5 more each minute until failure.
