partner one Rows 500 meters and partner 2 starts the following:
20 HSPU
20 Lunges with a Wallball hands straight out in front
20 Pull-ups
20 Wall Balls
20 V-Ups
Partner 1 Rows 500 meters, partner 2 starts HSPU. Stop when 20 HSPU and 500 meters done, switch
Partner 2 Rows 500 meters again, partner 1 Starts HSPU. Stop when 20 HSPU and 500 meters done, switch.
Partner 1 rows 500 meters, partner 2 starts Lunges....Etc.
