10 PVC Pass Throughs
10 Prayer stretches
Warm-up Bench Press
Strength:
20 Rep Bench Press
1. redo a 20 rep series that you failed
2. add 5lbs to your last successful 20 rep
3. minus 15lbs from your 5 rep max
remember to finish your 20 reps even if you fail
