Kids CrossFit:
Shortie/Littles: 4-8yrs old Monday and Wednesday 5pm
PreTeen: 9-14yrs old Tuesday and Thursday 4:45pm
Wednesday Morning class switches to 10am on 9-16-2015 because school late start
TODAY IS OPEN GYM ALL DAY DURING CLASS HOURS
Warm-up:
High kicks down and back
Butt kickers down and back
Side shuffle down and back
Bear crawl down/ crab crawl back
Inch worm down only!
Suggested Partner WOD:
For Time:
1 team member rolls, Every team member completes the exercise. This will continue until the teams total 100 or greater.
2= 2 Wall Climbs
3=3 Handstand push-ups
4=4 Pistols (2 per leg)
5=5 Burpees
6=6 Push-ups
7=7 Box Jumps
8=8 Walking Lunges (4per leg)
9=9 Wall Balls
10= 1 200 m run
11=11 Abmat sit-ups
12=12 Air Squats
