5 minutes into class as a group:
15 Ring Push ups
15 Lateral Lunges with PVC
15 Leg swings forward and side
15 Primal Pull throughs
Skill work:
15 minutes of mobility/stretching
Metcon: 30 minutes in to class
For 5 Cycles:
AMRAP 3 mins of
5 Burpees
7 Box Jumps, 24/20in
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute between each cycle
