5 minutes into class as a group:
PVC Burgener Warm-up
10 Good mornings with a bar
10 Snatch balances with bar
10 Archer Push-ups
Skill/Strength: 15 minutes into class
7 Minute EMOM
1x Power Snatch, Hang Snatch, Overhead squat
Suggested Partner WOD: 30 minutes into class
Both partners to complete AMRAP in 20 minutes
2 Manmakers
2 Burpees
20 Single Unders
One partner working a round the other holding the plank position
