Warm-up:
25 Cal Row
100 Double Unders
Practice walking on your hands
10 Hang Cleans with the bar
10 Split Jerks with the bar
Strength:
Clean and Jerk
3-3-2-1
80% of your 1 rep max
Metcon:
Suggested partner WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 7 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 7 Burpees 7 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
Leap Frog through this wod, switching back and forth between athletes
