Today we will spend the first 30 minutes doing your personal "Functional Movement Screens"
Your coach will pair you up with another athlete and together you will go through a personalized screen.
Then depending on your needs, Mobility or Stability or Both you will be given for your most critical movement at this time.
You will work on it for 30 days and then we will come back to the FMS and rescreen!

Shoulder: 
Mobility = Crab Walk, Prayer stretch, Soft tissue work

Flexion:
Mobility= Sciatic Nerve floss, Soft tissue work
Stability= Deadlift, Good morning

Extension:

Rotation:

Mobility= Same as Flexion
Stability= Single leg Bridging, Single Leg DL

Neck:
Every KB Swing or DL is a neck exercise if  you PACK the CHIN!

 Each of the weighted box steps represents the 110 floors of the World Trade Center. The weight is there to remind us of the load that was carried by Police, Fire, Port Authority and EMS personnel into the towers. There are 9 exercises which consist of 11 repetitions in honor of 9/11. Although some of this WOD is focused around the World Trade Center, do not forget the Pentagon, Flight 93 and others who perished on this day. Push hard and let us not forget.
