Metcon:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of: 3 Hang Power Cleans (165/115) 3 Burpees While one partner works on the AMRAP, the other does a 100 ft overhead walking lunge (45/25). Partners switch upon completion of the 100 ft, taking over where the other left off in the AMRAP. (If space is limited, substitute 30 overhead lunge steps for the 100 ft.)
