Skill:
2x400 meter sprints
2 minute rest between sets
Metcon:
For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 5 mins of:
50 Double Unders
3 Muscle-ups (scale as needed)
6 Push-ups
9 Wall Balls, 20/15 lbs
Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
