300 single jump ropes or 800 meter run
Burgener warm-up with Pvc
15 snatch grip strict presses
15 Overhead squats with bar
15 good mornings with bar
Metcon:
1 Power Snatch, 1 Hang Squat Snatch, 1 Overhead Squat (you pick the weight)
EMOM for 10 minutes.
Bar leaves ground on Power Snatch and does not touch until after the OHS. This is a complex.
