Team WOD (groups of 3). Only one person working at a time. Split up however you see fit.
Each team has 5 minutes at each station with the goal of complete as much work as possible.
Box jumps are for total inches.
Deadlifts for total weight
Ring Dips for reps
Back squats for total weight
Thrusters are for total weight.
Hand release push ups for reps
The rest are for total reps.
