5 Pull Ups
Partner A will do Burpees, Partner B will do Med Ball Squats, Partner A Pull ups. Next round Partner B Burpees, Partner A Med Ball Squats, Partner B Pull ups. Continue till the full 20 minutes is complete. Score is total rounds plus extra reps
