In teams of two complete:
100 KBS 24/16kg
50 Burpees
100 abmat situps throwing a wall ball (over a box to your partner on the other side who is doing a situp)
50 Deadlifts 185/135lbs (partners must share 1 bar!!! One weight!!! Pick a weight you both can do)
100 abmat sit up throwing the wall ball the same style
50 Air Squats with a wall ball between you and your partner (Back to back)
100 Partner Wall Balls 20/14#
800 meter run together
Notes: All reps may be apportioned in any way between the teammates, but only one teammate may be working at a time (example: if one teammate wants to perform all 100 Burpees they may). The only exception is the Partner Wall Balls. Partner Wall Balls must be performed by teammates alternating Wall Ball shots.
