Sports and Conditioning Class

Starting this week we are beginning our Sports and Conditioning 3pm class on Tuesday and Thurday's. We will add more classes during the week if there is a large interest. If you are in between Sports or getting ready for one this is the class for you!!!

1 mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1 mile Run For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats asneeded. Start and finish with a mile run. If twenty pound vest or body armor available, wear it.
