This week is very important NOT TO MISS!!!!

*The last 5 weeks brought on great Mechanics, Technique, Form and Intensity In Non Linear Lifts.  I hope that you all learned that its not about strength but about the Mechanics of the lift that make you better.  Most of you went from lifting your 3 reps max to lifting it 15 times by week 5.  Not by lifting heavier but with correct Form and Technique.  Rob, Kimmie, Allison and Annie are all so excited to see the growth in our athletes.

Next week is a very important week.  We are starting 5 weeks of linear lifts.  That means that this week we will be finding your 3 rep max.  You must know these numbers to keep moving through the next 4 weeks.
