Metcon:

Each round is 5 minutes:
1) run 400 meters max effort Box Jumps in the remaining Minutes
1 Minute Rest
2) run 400 meters max effort Knees to elbows in the remaining Minutes
1 Minute Rest
3)run 400 meters max effort SDHP (65/45lbs) in the remaining minutes
1 Minute Rest
4)run 400 meters max effort Mountain Climbers (count each leg) in the remaining minutes
