Notes from your Coach

Beginning Monday we will be starting a new 4-week Strength Program.  We will be working with Non-Linear lifts for 4 weeks.  The month will look like this; 75%-80%-70%-85% of your 1 rep max.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday will be your Non-Linear lift days. After your warm-up the next 20 minutes will be used to do your strength.  Following the strength there will be a metabolic conditioning WOD.  Each lift will be done in a 3x5 rep scheme (same weight each set).We will do 1 week of deload, followed by a New 4-week program of Linear Lifts.

New Programming Schedule for first 4 weeks
Monday- Squat Clean
Tuesday- Clean and Jerk
Wed- Metcon
Thursday- Power Snatch
Friday- OPEN gym/ make up missed lifts or WODs
Sat- Metcon

Week 5 deload week

New Programming Schedule for Second 4 weeks:
Monday- Deadlift
Tuesday- Push press
Thursday- Back Squat
