As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes with a partner
7 Chest to bar pull ups
7 Burpees
7 Power Snatches 95/65lbs
Work with a partner. One person works at a time. Alternating exercises, cycling thru the triplet marking a round every time either partner finishes the power snatches. The partner not working must hold a plank position. If they fall the working partner must stop moving.
