You will need a judge. They are looking for Chest to ground on every burpee and clearing the Paralette bar on every rep with a jump laterally.
8 Minute AMRAP
50 Meter of Tire flippin (25 meters out and then back)
400 meter Run
As many burpees as possible jumping laterally over Paralette (roughly 12 inches)
Final score is the number of burpees you performed
