30 Tire flip (Advanced: big tire, Novice: tire trading off with partner)
400m run
As many burpees as possible jumping laterally over paralette (roughly 12 inches).
Example: Start a timer, flip tire 15m out and 15m back, sprint 400m. Upon your return from the run, you will have until 8 minutes to get as many burpees as possible. The final 'score' is the number of burpees you performed.
