Between 12-20 and 1-2-11 we will not have any 6:30am classes. The next 2 Fridays we will have 9am class ONLY! The next 2 Saturdays we will be CLOSED!!!!!

1 mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1 mile Run For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats asneeded. Start and finish with a mile run. If twenty pound vest or body armor available, wear it.
