Kids Program Starts Sept 14th 4pm and 430pm

Please come into the gym and meet the trainers and learn more about what type of training we do and will be offering the young people in our community. We are proud to offer an alternative to sports by offering a class 2 nights a week for your kids to learn and be active. You can call me Annie at 206-914-6929 to set up an appt or please feel free to come into the gym before or after any of the class times and we can talk about your child and what your can expect.
