What a great Day

Had a beautiful start to the morning with the crew..... We had 5 clients at 6:30am and they all did great! It's so nice to see smiling faces first thing in the morning! Rob and I showed up at 5pm to teach and ended up with one another...It was great! he pushed me and I pushed him. Felt great to being doing WOD's again even though I know that its not in the training plan this close to Ironman. See everyone at 9am and there will also be a 1pm class. See you then and great job today!
