Sat WOD will be a surprise!!!!

Hope that everyone is out having a beautiful weekend! I really enjoyed this past week...so much heart and dedication!!!! This week I met 2 new soldiers Craig and Zach both with a heart of GOLD for this country! I hope that I gave you a run for money......This weekend I am doing a 70.5 Ironman at Lake Stevens Wa. I will post pics and results as soon as I can. Without CROSSFIT, my team and CoachTom from SnoRidge Crossfit....Not sure I would be here! Thanks! Next week class times on Tuesday and Thursday there will be "NO EVENING CLASSES OFFERED"
